Weinert Christmas Gathering

Sunday, December 27th

It was nice getting together with the Weinert family.  We gathered at Aunt Lori and Uncle Bobby's house in Harleysville Pa.  It was an evening of catching up with everyone and munching on good food.  We spent time with Gram, Aunt Lori, Uncle Bobby, Chelsea, Ryan, Aunt Missy, Uncle Tommy, little Tommy, and Sabrina.

Day After Christmas Dinner

Saturday, December 26, 2015

The Wilson side of the Family gathered at Aunt Amy's House for a Christmas dinner - but we celebrated the day after Christmas.  It made for a very relaxing Christmas day.  There was a spread of food including ham and turkey, green bean casserole, baked macaroni and cheese, pasta and sauce, stuffing, and meatloaf.  We exchanged gifts and did our Chinese auction...however, next year, there should be a rule about lottery tickets - 7 out of the 8 gifts included lottery tickets.  Pictures taken are below.

Merry Christmas!

Friday, December 25, 2015

Easily the best Christmas thus far.  Livia was the cutest opening gifts, especially with Daphnie, her elf, watching.  Gram stayed over on Christmas Eve, so she was here to watch the magic when Livia woke up on Christmas morning. No pictures were taken in the morning but video was recorded.
You can watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fP7NFNZEqro

It was possibly the most relaxing Christmas ever since we didn't travel anywhere and no one came to visit.  We were able to lounge around all day, while Livia played with her gifts.  Sometime after lunch, we saw we had forgotten a bag downstairs that had a about 4 gifts for Livia - so Livia had a 2nd round of opening gifts in the afternoon.  Later in the evening, we had a small dinner (Ham, mashed potatoes and green beans along with a snowman cake to celebrate the reason for the season.  We even sang happy birthday to Jesus.
Here are the few pics taken:
